New Christmas Outfit

This cute little onsie arrived in the mail from Grandma and Grandpa James this week. It says "All Mommy wants for Christmas is a silent night." It is so fitting, especially since Madeline has decided that sleeping through the night is entirely overrated. I must have spoke too soon about our great sleeper, because for about 6 weeks now she has been needing to get up at night. Anyways, we found some cute little Christmas socks and red pants to match and she's all decked out for the holidays today! Thanks Grandma Kay!



I also shot this short movie this morning. She has been doing this funny thing with sucking on her lip, you can see it a bit in this clip. The grand finale is one of her little screeches that she enjoys so much these days!



I'm off to San Antonio this morning, my last trip of the year (yay!!). Luckily since San Antonio is relatively close, Brian and Madeline are flying up on Fri and we will all drive home together on Sun. It will make the long trip a bit more bearable, especially after having just been gone for 5 days! I'm ready to relax over the holidays!
