March

Here are some pictures from our month of March.

Rainy day fun.  She loves carrying the umbrella.
Reading books at the Children's Museum
Their "Home Living" section at pre-school changes themes every 2 weeks.  I think this is the favorite of all the kids.  The weather station was a huge hit!
She just may have a chance as a future weather reporter!
March saw a few birthday parties.  She had a fun time bowling at these lanes which had bumpers.  Hooray for no gutter balls!
Happy Birthday Joey!
Even Olivia got to join in for some Birthday party fun!
Blue mouth monster selfie shot!
The girls love their playhouse and spend so much time outside playing.  Madeline and Sarah pause for a cute picture.  I love that they get along so well!  Yay for cousins in the same town!
Party favors!
Olivia prefers blue frosting, not blue mustaches!
She makes a good hat model, though!
Downtown Del Mar.  She absolutely ADORES this mermaid.  She will see it from her carseat and get super excited.  The mermaid always gets a big hug!
Window shopping in the mermaid store-Del Mar.
More playhouse fun!
Cute pic!  They got along really well when Joe's family visited for a weekend cookout!
March brought Madeline's first soccer experience.  Here she is on her first day.
She loves soccer and does a great job listening to coach!
Sisters!!
Enjoying an evening bike ride.  We've been encouraging her to ride her big girl bike more often, but the multiple hills and slanted driveways in the neighborhood make it challenging!
This little one will be riding a bike in no time!
The neighborhood kids play hockey in the cul-de-sac almost daily and this has motivated Madeline to practice on her roller-blades.  She has gotten up the confidence to let go of one of us and shuffle along on her own.
Aquarium day with daddy!
Ms. Sneezy and Ms. Squinty say the sun is much too bright for a photo.
Oooohhs, at the aquarium.
These nice drawings welcomed me home from one of my business trips.  Made my night!
Enjoying frozen yogurt after school!  A treat that we sometime splurge for when we walk home from pre-school!
"I do it"  Little Miss is getting very independent!
